I recently switched over from Thunderbird because I didn't like the 3.0 upgrade revisions. I couldn't be happier. Now I have an solid email client and calendar that integrates well with Google services, especially the calendar. Now I can have multiple calendars and share them with family and business associates seamlessly. Glad I made the switch. Depending on how it interacts with something like MS Exchange I would recommend any business start using it.
